The Palmako Annika 4.5m x 5.5m Contemporary Garden Office is a modern, stylish garden building with space for both work and garden storage, making it the ideal home office, garden room or guest house.

Far cheaper than a home extension and oozing Scandinavian style, this garden office is built from 160mm fine-sawn, pre-assembled wall panels, with added wind protection. The floor and pent roof are constructed from 19mm tongue and groove boards, the former including treated foundation joists, ensuring excellent all-round protection from the elements and providing the opportunity to store heavier items. All of the wood used is premium Nordic spruce.

Entry to this guest house is gained via a partially-glazed plywood door, which is insulated with rubber seals and silicone. It can be secured by a cylinder lock, so valuable items will be secure.

Three full-length, double-glazed windows provide the interior with plenty of natural light. They are also fitted with rubber seals and silicone, to keep out draughts, as well as integral metal guttering.

This garden building is backed by a 5-year parts guarantee and includes an assembly kit. As the wall panels are readymade, assembly is simple.

*This garden room is delivered untreated. It should be coated with wood preservative upon assembly and annually, thereafter, to guard against rot and fungal decay.*

Please note that the roof does not include a covering. Buy SBS or Roof Underlay Felt as an optional extra.

(SBS is a thick, torch-on weatherproof felt with a very long lifespan. Installation should only be carried out by those with advanced DIY skills or a professional installer.

Roof Underlay Felt is simple to nail on to the garden building but should only be used as a temporary roof covering or as an underlay to a permanent weatherproof roof cover upgrade.)

An extra door, window and roofing nails can all be purchased as optional extras too.
