Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods by UPVC Shop through upvcshop.co.uk. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are designed to apply to all purchases including fascia, soffits, guttering, cladding, trims, doors, windows, roofing products, and associated materials supplied by UPVC Shop.
1. About Us

- “You”, “Customer” means the person, company, or organisation purchasing goods from us
- “Goods” means all products supplied by us
2. Application of These Terms
These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, contracts, and sales made through our website, by telephone, email, or any other method.
No other terms proposed by a customer shall apply unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are provided for information only and do not constitute a binding offer.
Prices displayed on our website or in quotations may be changed at any time prior to order acceptance.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices do not include VAT where applicable
- Delivery charges may apply separately
- Additional charges may apply for remote areas or specialist deliveries
Errors and omissions are excepted.
4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, this is an offer to purchase goods from us.
A contract is only formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email, written confirmation, invoice, or dispatch of goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before acceptance, including where:
- Products are unavailable
- Pricing errors occur
- Delivery is not possible
- Payment cannot be authorised
5. Bespoke / Made to Order Products
Many of our doors, windows, and certain custom products are manufactured to customer measurements, colours, glazing specifications, or bespoke requirements.
Once production has started:
- Orders cannot usually be amended or cancelled
- Change of mind returns are not accepted
- Refunds are only available where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described
This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
7. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
We shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Manufacturers
- Couriers
- Adverse weather
- Supply chain disruption
- Events outside our reasonable control
Customers must ensure suitable access and someone available to receive goods where required.

8. Inspection on Delivery
All goods must be checked as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Damage / Incorrect Goods
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if goods are:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Missing parts
- Visibly defective
Doors & Windows
Doors and windows must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery for any damage or visible imperfections.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect claims relating to transit damage or shortages.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Standard Stock Products
Fascia, soffits, guttering, trims, cladding, and similar stocked items may be eligible for return subject to:
- Goods being unused and resaleable
- Prior approval
- Return within applicable timeframe
- 20% restocking charge
Bespoke Products
Doors and windows made to order are non-returnable for change of mind.
10. Product Information
Images, colours, dimensions, technical drawings, brochures, and descriptions are provided as a guide only.
There may be slight variations in:
- Shade
- Finish
- Grain effect
- Hardware style
- Manufacturer updates
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended purpose before ordering.
11. Installation
Goods are supplied only and do not include installation.
We are not responsible for losses arising from:
- Incorrect fitting
- Poor workmanship
- Failure to follow installation guidance
- Use of unsuitable materials or tools
We strongly recommend professional installation.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud
- Your statutory consumer rights
Subject to this, our liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including:
- Loss of profit
- Loss of contracts
- Delays to projects
- Additional labour costs
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, shortages, transport disruption, fire, flood, pandemic, or supplier failure.

We process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
