PERMAROOF Gutter 2500mm (Clips and Fixings Supplied)

Used for a roof edge where water is to drain into a gutter. Fixings and joiners are all included. Available in black, white or anthracite grey.

2500mm x 70mm

Base plate and top plate are identical and 70mm deep, and approximately 20mm wide.

Application

Install a 2” x 1” timber batten to the perimeter, level with or just below roof deck. The gutter plate must be installed 2-3mm below the roof deck prior to laying membrane. The EPDM then overhangs the base plate, the top plate is then installed using stainless steel polynails mechanically fixing the membrane in accordance with Firestone specifications.
