Description
The Shire Arran Double Door Shed provides superb access for storing your garden tools, bikes or even a ride on mower.
Constructed from durable 12mm tongue and groove cladding, the sturdy build of this 6×6 shed is supported by a 34x34mm frame. The floor is strong 12mm tongue and groove, well-known for its weather resistance and strength. The apex roof is 8mm OSB sheet with a felt finish.
Double entrance doors provide fantastic access to tools stored inside. A padbolt is fitted to accommodate a padlock for enhanced security. Light and ventilation for the interior is supported by the opening window.
This shed is supplied dip treated with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, when supported with annual retreatment. An upgrade to a top coat is available for this shed. This top coat is a wood stain that provides a waterproof coating to resist algal and fungal attack. It nourishes the wood to provide year-round colour and protection. Two coats are applied, by the manufacturer, to both the interior and exterior of the shed. As a dip-treated shed, it is usually recommended that the customer apply a treatment upon assembly; this top coat eliminates the need to do so. The colour of this stain is called “gold” which is an orangey-yellow.
