Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered from upvcshop.co.uk within 2 to 4 working days of order, subject to stock availability. If however this is not achievable we will contact you and let you know. In the unlikely event of something going wrong with your order or delivery process please call 01745 421865. Composite Door and UPVC Windows have a longer lead time and are estimated to be with you 2-3 weeks after the date of order.
Delivery dates can be specified when you order your UPVC on upvcshop.co.uk. We ask for a signature of receipt on delivery of our goods. You will receive an order confirmation by email when placing your order. This will also act as your receipt for your roofing supplies.
We have a 14 day no quibble exchange or refund policy which comes into effect on the day of your delivery.
Doors and windows have a 48 hour period for any defects or damages on arrival. As they are custom orders we can not take any returns for change of mind.
